Racks BBQ was founded by Mario and Rico Willis in 2015. The Willis Brother's passion for BBQ started when they were tasked with cooking for their annual family reunion. Their rave reviews from the patriarchs of the family led them to further explore their love for cooking. Over time the Willis Brothers worked diligently to create their signature seasoning and BBQ sauce that quickly became a family favorite. Soon after, they birthed Racks BBQ, a BBQ trailer in the heart of Pittsburg, Texas.
